Everybody has a right to develop themselves. LEAF coaches individuals who have a desire to have a profession. This is happening through financial aid to study, but also through personal coaching.

Be wanted to become a teacher and LEAF has helped her to finish high school and obtain a bachelor degree. She is now teaching kids each Saturday to read and write their tribal language. Apart from that she works daily on her organic farm.
