LEAF supports people who have a dream of building a future, but do not have the means to get there. Often the reason for that is either poor education, little opportunity because of poverty and/or broken relationships!

For example, take Champee. A grandmother with no husband who does rice farming, but simply had no means to buy a water drainage pump, to get water to her fields that are higher up. LEAF helped her to buy the pump. Now she can plant and harvest her rice again.
